The Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to join the management team at our Kilsyth Centre. This is a permanent full-time position (38 hours per week, across 5 days), offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on the growth and success of our educational programs and team. As a valued member of our leadership team, you will play a key role in mentoring and inspiring our educators, guiding them to deliver engaging, high-quality programs that reflect best practice and the individual interests of every child. You will help foster a culture of reflection, collaboration, and continuous improvement, supporting educators to confidently lead their programs and grow in their professional journey. Your extensive experience in early childhood leadership, combined with your strong communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to build genuine relationships with educators, children, and families alike.
